Announcement: Anthony Starace retires (April 1, 2006)Anthony Starace of the University of Nebraska is retiring as the Colloquia Editor of Reviews of Modern Physics (RMP). Tony's ten-year run as Colloquia Editor has closely paralleled George Bertsch's term as senior Editor of RMP, and their retirements mark a major transition in the handling of the journal. Tony's remarkable ability to collect outstanding Colloquia from all areas of physics has helped to solidify RMP's position as the premier physics review journal, and we are grateful for his dedication and effort.
